Section Vice Chief Cole Taylor
Cole is a Vigil Honor member of Skyuka Lodge 270 of the Palmetto Council 549. Cole has served as the Chester Chapter Chief, Lodge Treasurer, Vice Chief of Inductions, and Skyuka Lodge Chief. Cole earned his Eagle Scout on the 100th anniversary of the Order of the Arrow, July 16, 2015. In February 2017, Cole was named as the recipient of the Indian on the Mountain Award, an award that carries much prestige in Skyuka Lodge as it is given to one youth and one adult per year for displaying exemplary service to the lodge. Cole served as a member of the Camp Bob Hardin camp staff as the Trading Post Manager for the 2016 and 2017 seasons and plans to return to serve during the 2018 Camp season. Cole additionally serves as a member of the Palmetto Council Executive Board for his continued service to his Troop, Crew, District, and Council. While serving as the Section Vice Chief, Cole is looking forward to visiting and promoting Brotherhood between the lodges making up our Section.

Section Secretary Robert Bolton, Jr.
Robert Bolton, Jr. is a Brotherhood Honor member of Bob White Lodge from Augusta, Georgia. He has previously served for several years as the Bob White Lodge Ceremonies Chairman, a chapter chief, and the Vice Chief of Inductions for the 2018 year. Robert has previously served as the Section’s Dixie Host/Service Lodge Coordinator for the 2016 Dixie Fellowship held at Knox Scout Reservation. For his service in the OA and his home lodge, his was awarded the Bob White Lodge’s Arrowman of the Year Award for the 2015 Centennial year. Robert is an Eagle Scout Class of 2015. He works as a summer camp staff member of Woodruff Scout Camp in Blairsville, Georgia and continues to work with his home camp, Knox Scout Reservation, and his troop in Martinez, Georgia. Robert is looking forward to the rest of what 2017 has to offer and is excited to see what adventures the 2018 year has in store for SR-5.
