There are 6 coordinators appointed by the
Section Chief to assist with the program of the Dixie
Fellowship. These coordinators put together their program
proposal for the Dixie Fellowship, present it to the COC in
November, work with the service lodge and the lodges of SR-5
to get ready for the weekend and implement the program during
the Dixie weekend. Currently we use 6 coordinators: Service
Lodge, Program,
American Indian Events, Administration, Training and Shows.

- Charged with the Spirit, Display, Newsletter, Plan
Book, Where to Go Camping Guide, Totem Pole, Web Site
and Lodge of the Year competitions at the Dixie
Fellowship
- Composes and presents the Administrative Events
proposal to the COC
- Works with the service lodge to make sure there is
adequate space to allow for the competitions and there
will be a totem pole at the Fellowship
- Works with lodges / judges to ensure fair
competition
- Assists with other duties as assigned by the
Section Chief

- Charged with the Ordeal, Brotherhood, Parade of
Braves, Team Sing and Dance competitions at the Dixie
Fellowship
- Composes and presents the American Indian Events
proposal to the COC
- Works with the service lodge to make sure a
ceremonial and dance rings are ready for the
Fellowship
- Works with lodges / judges to ensure fair
competition
- Assists with other duties as assigned by the
Section Chief

- Charged with the Quest for the Golden Arrow at the
Dixie Fellowship
- Composes and presents the Program proposal to the
COC
- Works with service lodge to make sure the
materials are ready and at the proper places for the
competition

- Assists with other duties as assigned by the
Section Chief

- Charged with the organization of the Service Lodge
- Composes and presents the Service Lodge proposal
to the COC
- Works with Section Officers and Coordinators to
make sure the materials are ready and at the proper
places for the fellowship
- Assists with other duties as assigned by the
Section Chief

- Charged with the shows at the Dixie Fellowship
(Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday morning)
- Works with the service lodge to ensure there is
adequate facilities to host a show
- Works with the member lodges to make shows that
will be enjoyable by everyone
- Assists with other duties as assigned by the
Section Chief

- Charged with the Training at the Dixie Fellowship
- Composes and presents the Training proposal to the
COC
- Works with the service lodge to make sure there is
adequate training space at the facility and that the
lodges training needs are met (power etc)
- Works with the lodges to ensure that good quality
training is presented to the member lodges
- Works with the judges to ensure fair competition
in the "Training Award"
- Assists with other duties as assigned by the
Section Chief
